Information We Collect
When you submit an inquiry through this site, Gashi Construct LLC may collect your name, phone number, email address, project type, project details, lead source, submission date, and technical information such as your IP address.
How We Use Information
We use the information you submit to review project requests, contact potential clients, schedule walkthroughs, prepare estimates, coordinate services, and keep internal lead records.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with internal team members, trade partners, service providers, or the systems we use to respond to your inquiry and manage project communication.
Email and Phone Communication
By submitting a form, you agree to be contacted by phone, text, or email about your project inquiry. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Website Analytics
This site may use analytics, cookies, or similar tools to measure performance, improve marketing, and understand how visitors use the site. These tools may collect basic usage and device data.
Photos, Plans, and Files You Upload
The project forms let you upload photos, drawings, plans, and PDFs. We use them only to understand the scope of your project, prepare an estimate, and plan the work.
Uploaded files are stored on private server storage that is not part of the public website. They are not published, not linked from any public page, and not indexed by search engines. Only Gashi Construct staff reviewing your request can open them. We do not sell them, and we do not use them for advertising.
Photos taken on a phone can contain hidden location data. Where we publish any project image, we remove that data first.
How Long We Keep Your Information
Project requests and uploaded files are kept while we are reviewing or working on the project, and then for up to 24 months so we can answer questions about past work. After that they are deleted. If a request does not turn into a project, the files are deleted within 12 months.
Service Providers
We use a small number of providers to run the website and communicate with you: our website host, our email provider (used to send your confirmation and our internal notification), and website analytics. These providers process information only to deliver those services.
Asking Us to Delete Your Information
You can ask us to delete your request, your contact details, and any files you uploaded at any time. Email business@gashiconstruct.pro with your reference number (it looks like GC-20260714-XXXX and is in your confirmation email), and we will confirm once it is done.
Project Follow-Up vs Marketing
When you submit a request, you are agreeing to be contacted about that project — a confirmation email, questions about scope or access, and scheduling. That is not marketing and it is not something we send without you asking.
We do not add you to a marketing list from a project request, and we do not pre-tick any marketing consent. If we ever offer a newsletter or promotional emails, it will be a separate, clearly-labelled opt-in that you can withdraw at any time.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you submit, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
